THE ROLE

The HR Administration and Payroll Coordinator manages administrative tasks within the HR department, including payroll processing and related functions. They ensure accurate and timely payroll, maintain employee records, and assist with various HR processes.

TASKS INCLUDE

·      Payroll Processing: Calculate wages, process payroll, manage deductions (taxes,

·      benefits, etc.), and ensure compliance with relevant laws. 

·      Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including pay information, benefits, and performance data. 

·      HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks as needed. 

·      Compliance: Stay updated on and ensure compliance with government regulations

·      Data Management: Input and manage payroll data, update employee information in HRIS systems, and generate reports. 

·      Communications: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR matters. 

·      Benefits Administration: Assist with managing employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. 

·      Timekeeping: Manage time and attendance systems and process leave requests. 

·      Audits: Conduct audits of payroll and HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

·      Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, relevant laws, and HR best practices.

·      Proficiency in using payroll software and HRIS systems.

·      Experience in performance management processes

·      Experience in recruitment processes.

·      Knowledge and experience in BIR, PhilHeath, PagIbig, SSS reporting

·      Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·      Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 

·      Experience with Sprout HR and Payroll is an advantage

Basic salary indication: from Php 35,000/month
