THE ROLE:

As a Product Support Analyst at BIZBLOQS, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the custom-built processes of our customers who rely on our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Our customers operate across various industries within the logistics sector and are located primarily in Europe and other regions. You will encounter a wide range of support needs, from simple e-commerce setups to complex production and logistics solutions. Working closely with Application Managers, the Senior Project Engineer, and the Project Manager, you will review and refine specifications, identify necessary adjustments, and implement solution to ensure optimal system performance. You will be part of a growing organization that is based in our Makati, Metro Manila office in the Philippines, where teamwork, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction are central to our operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Provide support to users / customers by responding to product-related inquiries via ticketing system.

+ Responsible for testing custom solutions, resolving technical and functional issues, creating customer reports and dashboards, documenting processes, and coordinating with project managers.

+ Escalate unresolved issues to the development or engineering teams with detailed documentation.

+ Maintain and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.

+ Analyze support data to identify recurring issues, propose improvements, and enhance user experience.

+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

+ Proven experience in Application Support and/or Technical Support for an ERP System.

+ Hands-on experience with low-level coding platforms.

+ Strong knowledge of databases and SQL query tools, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.

+ Experience in designing reports, especially using SSRS and SQL Server Reporting Services, is an advantage.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

+ Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

+ Demonstrates a high level of customer service orientation and professionalism.

+ Strong analytical thinking with a solutions-driven mindset.

+ Highly organized with effective time management and prioritization skills.

+ Proactive “can-do” attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.

+ Understanding of operational processes, particularly in production and logistics, is advantageous.

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a hybrid work arrangement requiring an onsite presence three days per week. Candidates should be flexible and open to working night shifts, as needed.
