THE ROLE
As an Application Manager at BIZBLOQS you are responsible for building and maintaining the custom processes of our customers. In consultation with the senior project engineer and project manager, you will fine-tune the specifications and determine which adjustments need to be made. In addition, you will work with the support department to deal with second-line problems and carry out any bug fixes on the various processes. Our customers work in the logistics sector and use our Warehouse Management System. They are located throughout Europe and within different industries. You will deal with simple e-commerce issues through to complex production solutions.
You will work in a team of 6 support employees and 4 second line project/support engineers at our office in Makati, Metro Manila Philippines.
TASKS INCLUDE
· Researching, debugging and fixing current solutions.
· Building and testing custom solutions.
· Creating informative reports and dashboards for the customer.
· Documenting the custom processes.
· Discussing the custom processes with the project managers.
· Assisting with designing suitable custom solutions.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
· Experience as an Application manager or similar.
· Experience & interest in low level coding platforms.
· Excellent command of English language in speech and writing.
· Sufficient knowledge of databases and SQL query tools. Preferably MS SQL Server.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Effective team-player.
· Highly developed customer service attitude.
· Analytical and solutions-oriented.
· Efficient and possessing excellent time-management skills
· “Can do” proactive attitude.
· Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
· Knowledge of Operational processes (production and logistics) is an advantage.
· Knowledge of report designs (preferably with SSRS and SQL Server reporting services) is an advantage.

Salary Starting from PHP 75,000 per month
