THE ROLE

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from scope through to completion and typically include defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; Managing resources and stakeholders; Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies; Monitoring progress and performance; and ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget.

TASKS INCLUDE

·      Identifying, reporting and acting on deviations during the execution of a project with respect to scope, budget and planning.

·      Identifying and minimizing project risks

·      Collaborating with Engineering and Support teams

·      Coordinating the training of end users in the various systems.

·      Monitoring progress and reporting to stakeholders

·      Acting as first point of contact for customers and project stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

·      3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role

·      Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·      Work Permit/clearance to work in the EU is a strict requirement.

·      MBO/HBO thinking and working level

·      Excellent verbal and written command of both Dutch and English.

·      Excellent customer service orientation.

·      Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage (eg Exact, Navision)

·      Knowledge of operational processes in logistics is an advantage
