THE ROLE

The role of Business Consultant is responsible for the efficient and profitable execution of software implementations from commencement to completion. You will ensure that Bizbloqs software solutions are configured and optimized to meet the business processes and requirements of the customer. It is a role requiring the ability to work independently while at the same time coordinating and collaborating with both customers and internal and external stakeholders. The position requires you to take an active role in project management, planning and execution and act as primary point of contact for customers during implementation.

TASKS INCLUDE

·      Analyzing and optimizing logistics processes

·      Configuring and testing software solutions

·      Monitoring the planning, budget and quality of implementations.

·      Identifying, reporting and acting on deviations during the execution of a project with respect to scope, budget and planning.

·      Identifying and minimizing project risks

·      Collaborating with Engineering and Support teams

·      Training of end users in the various systems.

·      Monitoring progress and reporting to stakeholders

·      Overall delivery of projects and transfer to our support department at conclusion of implementation.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

·      Bachelor degree in Logistics, IT or related discipline and /or relevant experience

·      Work Permit/clearance to work in the EU is a strict requirement.

·      3-5 years of experience in a related role.

·      Excellent verbal and written command of both Dutch and English.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

·      Excellent customer service orientation.

·      Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage (eg Exact, Navision)

·      Knowledge of operational processes in production and logistics.

·      Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations as required
